You enter the complex through double gates into a private, enclosed courtyard. To the left is the main residence, this consists of:

On the left hand side are two rooms currently being renovated giving the opportunity for two bedrooms or two bedrooms and a bathroom; total area 18.3 x 24.5 with new plumbing access to the septic tank. The exterior of the house has revealed stone walls and refurbished shutters ready for fitting.
