The house is situated on the outskirts of the village of Asse le berenger just 4 miles from the Town of Evron where you have all the amenities needed. If your into fishing there is a very large fishing lake just 5 mins walk down the lane from the house, and just 5 mins drive you have the walled village of St Suzann.
Only one other neighbour in your hamlet which is a retired farmer and his wife, both very friendly though they speak no English.
