Adding your property to PEF
To add your property details to the PEF database you must first register an account. After registering you can then use your account to post any number of property listings. Registration and posting property listings is completely free of charge.
Managing Your Account
From your account page you are able to edit your profile and create, edit and feature your property listings.
Edit Profile
Select this to make changes to your profile, including your email address and password and contact details.
Add new listing
Select this to add a new property listing to the PEF database.
Feature!
To feature your property listing on PEF first select a property listing by ticking the checkbox that appears to the left of the listing's No. and then click the Feature! button.
A feature is a way of getting more users to view your listing. A feature is a box containing some text and a thumbnail that automatically appears on the left or right columns of the website. Features cost €20(EUR)+VAT for 1 month; €30(EUR)+VAT for 3 months; €40(EUR)+VAT for 6 month; €50(EUR)+VAT for 1 year.
HotList
Select this to view your HotList. Your HotList is a list of property listing summaries that you've specifically picked out from the results of a database search. This allows you to return to a listing quickly without having to remember the property number or repeat a search. To remove a listing summary from your HotList check the tickbox that appears directly above the listing summary and then click the DEL button.
Delete Listing
To delete a property listing from the PEF database first select a property listing by ticking the checkbox that appears to the left of the listing's No. and then click the DEL button. Your listing and any photos will then be deleted from the PEF database.
Delete Account
Select this to delete your account and all property listings including photos from our database. Please make sure that this is really what you want to do before choosing this option because we cannot recover a deleted account.
Sign Out
Select this option to sign out from your account. If you do not sign out each time you use the website then you will not have to re-enter your email address next sign you sign in. You will, however be asked to enter your password each time.
Your Property Listings
This section lists all your property listings that appear on the PEF website. To create a new listing click the link Add new property listing that appears above this section. For property listings that you've already posted to the site click on the listings No. to view the listing; the TITLE to edit the details in the listing; and the camera icon to add photos to your listing. To remove a listing from the website tick the checkbox that appears to the left of the listing's No. and then click the DEL button. To feature a property listing tick the checkbox and click the Feature! button.
